Overview

A. Internal auditor course (detailed)
Audience
Three-day course designed for employees who are responsible for conducting internal audits (also called 'First Party Audits') within an organization. Upon successful completion, internal auditors will help ensure overall compliance with the requirements of a management system standard (such as ISO 9001 for Quality Management Systems) in preparation for certification, surveillance and re-certification audits to be performed by a third-party.

B. General requirements course (high-level)
Audience
Shorter course designed for senior managers, supervisors and employees requiring a good understanding of a management system standard. This course is recommended for: - Senior managers and supervisors responsible for reviewing audit reports and taking corrective action in case of noncompliance - Employees responsible for applying the ISO standard within their department
Course content
The general requirements training course is a shorter version of the internal auditor training designed for non-auditors.
